M700
The M700 is a mechanical filleting machine producing thick and complete tail ends that ensure better yield, fillets and so return on investment. It comes with a mini version of the Take Control operating system, including a touch screen and possibility to change basic settings at the push of a button.
Over the years, our M700 machines have filleted hundreds of thousands of tons at sea and on land. Today, there are M700 machines in all the leading fish processing plants in Iceland.
