We’re proud to have played a key role in Bluewild’s innovative new trawler, ECOFIVE, which has just been handed over by the Westcon yard! This advanced vessel is equipped with two UNO fish processing lines from Vélfag, delivering efficient, high-quality processing at sea.

With the UNO lines, ECOFIVE can perform multiple processing functions in one system—heading, filleting, pinbone removal, and skinning, maximizing both sustainability and production efficiency. This collaboration showcases how cutting-edge technology is driving the future of sustainable fishing.

The UNO machinery is space-saving and highly labour-efficient, ensuring increased yield. It’s ideally suited for installation on vessels like ECOFIVE, as well as land-based operations, reducing handovers and ensuring top-quality results. We’re excited to see UNO machinery continue to shape the future of the fishing industry, providing Bluewild with the tools to meet their ambitious goals.
