M705

A computer-controlled filleting machine that adapts to various species and boosts yield

The M705 is a computer-controlled filleting machine, which measures each incoming fish with laser accuracy and positions the cutting knives accordingly, using servo motors. It offers alteration from one fish species with a push of a button and differentiates between stiff (new) and soft fish. These features enable the machines to operate in a broader range of different species and increase yield. Our technicians can access the system through a VPN connection globally to upgrade or service the machine
