With 10 years of experience at BAADER — including roles as Head of Spare Parts Sales and Customer Service Sales Specialist — Joaquim joins Vélfag as Customer Success Manager. His key objective is to maintain and grow long-term relationships with Vélfag’s customers, focusing on effectively supporting them in processing and maintenance goals.
Joaquim will also be responsible for developing new markets for Vélfag, specifically in Spain, Portugal, Chile, and Brazil, where his fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese will be a valuable asset.

💼 Jóhannes Valgeirsson – Chief Accountant

Jóhannes joins Vélfag as Chief Accountant. He previously served as Managing Director at Blikkrás ehf. and as Procurement & Logistics Manager at PCC Bakki Silicon, bringing strong operational and financial leadership to the team.

⚙️ Eysteinn Hjalmarsson – Mechanical Engineer

Eysteinn brings extensive experience in mechanical design from Baader, Valka, and Micro. He joins our development team, focusing on engineering innovation and forward-looking technical solutions.

🔧 Böðvar Már Styrmisson – Fish Processing Engineer

Böðvar comes to us from Slippurinn and Skaginn 3X, with strong experience in designing full-line layouts and processing solutions. At Vélfag, he plays a key role in both our sales and design teams, collaborating closely on technical configurations tailored to each client.
